Relive the Most Epic Moments from Crowdtap’s People-Powered Party In Austin

For six years, Crowdtap has taken to the streets of Austin to mix and mingle with our industry friends attending SXSW Interactive. This year’s event was especially epic.

Nearly 1,000 marketers, agency strategists and industry friends stopped by Vulcan Gas Company to enjoy rooftop cocktails, live music, dancing and more. Watch our full recap video for a look into the party, or scroll down for a play-by-play of the night’s most memorable moments!

SoCal-based alternative rock band The Mowgli’s brought the stage alive with an hour-long set featuring some of their trending tunes, like “I’m Good” and “San Francisco.” Keep tabs on this this talented group of seven via Spotify or iTunes.

Hip hop’s “By Chance” bros Rae Sremmurd turned the night up a notch with chart-toppers “Come Get Her,” “No Flex Zone,” and “Blasé.” The crowd went wild as LED thundersticks and beach balls filled the air.

Our party wouldn’t have been without DJ Friendly Greg, who kept the beats bumping in between sets. His mix, which included crowd favorites like “Pony” and “Mo Money Mo Problems,” had folks wanting more by last call.

When they weren’t shredding the dance floor, guests got creative at our GIF booth, thanks to our friends at SmileBooth! Want to see more photos of fun? Check out our official event photo album on Facebook and feel free to tag yo’self.
