Crain’s Names Crowdtap a ‘Best Place to Work’ for the Third Straight Year

For the third year in a row, Crain’s New York Business has named Crowdtap one of the top workplaces in New York City. The annual list identifies the best work cultures across nearly every industry through comprehensive employee surveys and a formal audit of benefits, opportunities for career advancement and work perks.

Crowdtap ranked No. 19 out of 100 finalist companies and hundreds more entrants. Crain’s, New York’s leading business news publication, cited our “people-powered” culture as a differentiator and competitive advantage when it comes to attracting and retaining top talent: “Just as it gives the public the opportunity to help shape their favorite brands, this company uses its own platform, as well as Slack and TinyPulse, to empower employees to weigh in on large and small decisions that affect them.”

Here are some more reasons why we think Crowdtap is a great place to work:

A chance to make big ideas happen at the forefront of marketing’s future. Crowdtap has worked with more than a hundred Fortune 500 brands to become more agile, more authentic and more influential. Current partners include Johnson & Johnson, McDonald’s and ABSOLUT Vodka.

A fun, collaborative (and dog-friendly!) office environment and a culture that promotes a healthy-work life balance through initiatives like our unlimited time-off policy and regular social events like Beach Day and Friday “Tappy Hours” at our favorite neighborhood watering hole.

Ongoing opportunities to give back, including our support of Brighter Children, the Young Women’s Leadership Network and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Among the other companies honored were New York-based startups Dropbox, Squarespace and Namely, as well as Crowdtap client partner Beeby Clark+Meyler.

Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees and to our team for making Crowdtap an amazing place to build a career!
